ADDITIONAL COSTS:

  • Electricity and hot water according to consumption (on average: 25 euro/month).
  • A yearly cost of 130 EUR for the fire insurance, the collection and processing of household garbage and the cleaning of the common areas.

All rooms are rented out until September, 1st 2025
